Terms and Conditions

Cancellation -

We would consider refunding deposits if cancellation of booking is made 2 weeks in advance of your stay. Later cancellations may result in loss of deposit.

Checking in -

4 pm to 6 pm unless other times agreed at time of booking. We would appreciate a telephone call if you are ‘running late’.

Breakfast -

Served in the dining room between 7.30 am and 9 am on weekdays - 8.00 am to 9.30 am at weekends

Booking out -

Rooms to be vacated by 10 am - checkout between 7.30 am and 10 am

Payment -

Internet bank transfer/cheque (with UK Bankers card)/travellers cheques/ cash (UK Currency) or by Visa / Access credit cards, or uk debit cards.

Damage -

Damages will be charged for at cost.

Car Parking -

Parking avalible on site (vehicles are parked at owners risk)

Animals -

Unfortunately we can not accommodate pets.

Food in rooms -

We would ask guests not to consume food in their bedrooms. There are numerous restaurants to suite all tastes and budgets within a 5 minute walk of Saxon Street.

Smoking -

Stables B&B operates a strictly no-smoking policy.

Visitors in rooms -

For the convenience of other guests we would ask that you do not entertain visitors in rooms.

Block bookings -

The Stables Garden room/decking area may be available to Guests by prior arrangement.
