Welcome to Stables B&B located in the historic uphill area of Lincoln.

'Saxon Villa' is a grade 2 listed property standing within its own grounds on the corner of Saxon Street and St Nicolas Street. Its entrance and the former stables being down St Nicolas Street. With the stable buildings in a state of disrepair the owners gained planning permission 2006 to sympathetically convert and build the property into a bed and breakfast business. Stables B&B now has 3 en-suite bedrooms along with a kitchen/dining room built within the recently converted stables building. The master bedroom (bedroom 3) has en-suite bathroom with bath, and a view of the Cathedral from its window.

Stables B&B is within 5 minutes walking distance of most of Uphill Lincolns attractions. Passing through the Roman Newport arch you will be within the vibrant Bailgate filled with boutiques, restaurants, and old pubs as well as catering for local needs with bakeries, butchers, and delicatessens. All of this within the shadow of Lincolns Cathedral and Castle.
